The West University of Timișoara (WUT) / Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara (UVT) is located in Timișoara, Romania.

WUT is a state-owned public institution. Undergraduate studies courses are offered in 11 Faculties with more than 80 specializations. Over the last years WUT has developed and diversified new postgraduate courses, intensive studies, Masters degree programmes, study programmes for further professional training, specialization studies and Ph.D. programmes.

Today WUT offers an effervescent intellectual environment which stimulates individual achievements, teamwork and interdisciplinarity both to those who want to provide knowledge, innovate or perform in the field of research and artistic creativity and to those who are looking forward to joining WUT bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral or postdoctoral programs.
