Aim and Scope

Annals of West University of Timisoara, Series of Chemistry is an open access journal that publishes research (primary) papers on all aspects of the theory and application of chemistry. The journal appears with 1 volume per year, with 4 regular and / or issues. Special issues are designated for publishing the Proceedings of National and/or International Scientific Meetings (held in Timişoara) of which Faculty of Chemistry-Biology-Geography is (co-) organizer.

Articles published in the journal comprise only original articles (in the form of preliminary research, short communication and full papers). There are accepted full papers, with at least 4 pages for publication of finished research topics and scientific notes or short communication, with maximum 2 pages, for preliminary research results.

In addition to research papers, the journal offers review articles (commissioned by the Editors) that can be published in booklet form in some extensions of journal named: “Seria Monografii de Chimie” or “Seria Monografii de Biochimie Cuantică şi Interacţii Specifice” (usually in Romanian language, but English is welcomed).
