Evaluation reports and remediation strategies proposals: 1. Analysis reports on the chemical pollution of analyzed watercourses from Bor region in comparison with Romanian watercourses. 2. Analysis of biological and geological reports on pollution of studied areas. 3. Comparing the issued reports with similar reports from other parts of the EU. 4. Proposals designed to reduce pollution and to remedy the polluted areas. 5.Proposals for advanced materials to be synthesized with application in reduction of pollution of mine wastewater. The activity responds to all the objectives, but especially to: 2. To evaluate by comparison the state of pollution of a river from Borski area in which mining wastewater is discharged with that of a river from Caras-Severin County and 3. To research non-conventional methods for the remediation of wastewater from mining exploitations of non-ferrous metals.
