Focusing meeting: 1. The Serbian partner will visit the Romanian partner to establish and organize the project team. 2. Development of the implementation plan, plan activities, quality plan, risk plan, communication plan, data and content of deliverables. 3. Developing skills for staff in research centres by extending learning opportunities to promote innovation and knowledge transfer by using a common basis and the possibility of virtual relation. 4. Creating channels of communication and information for members of research teams, students, professors and researchers in the consortium. 5. Developing networks of laboratories in which the themes and results of such experiments may be subject to grant applications. 6. The proposal, promotion and the development of scientific events, after which projects and exchanges of experience will be developed. The activity responds to the objective: 4. To increase the visibility of the network at European level through actions of dissemination of the results obtained. Both partners are responsible, the activity is realized with the funds from both partners. |
